Our Team

Janita Chapman Leach is the Program Director for Lango Hampton Roads, an Information Technology Consultant and a mother of two Lango students. Being raised by two parent educators, Janita understands the importance of providing children with a strong educational foundation at an early age. As a mother, she is continuously looking for opportunities to provide the best learning experiences possible. That is why she firmly believes that Lango provides  unique enhancement to any preschool and/or elementary school curriculum.

As the Area Director for Hampton Roads Lango, her goal is to bring quality classes  in convenient locations throughout the week. But what truly makes Lango's classes successful? The answer to that question is most definitely our devoted and tireless teachers.

Lango's teachers make our classes truly exceptional. In our selection process, we look for five distinctive qualities: native/bilingual fluency, limitless positive energy, creativity, teaching experience with relevant age groups and outstanding communication skills with both children and their parents. In addition to these qualities our teachers bring unique cultural perspectives and professional backgrounds that enable them to create rich and  engaging experiences in the classroom.   If you are interested in becoming a Lango teacher, please contact us today.

Lango is headquartered in San Francisco, California where the concept of Lango was born and the curriculum perfected. Lango's first language focus was Spanish but has since branched out to include Mandarin and French.
